Responsibilities of the President of the Office in the event of non-resolution of the case within the deadline
In the case referred to in Article 36 of the Act of 14 June 1960 Code of Administrative Procedure, the President of the Office is also obliged, by notifying the parties of the failure to settle the case on time, to inform them of the state of the case and of the activities carried out in the course of the case.
