Communication from the President of the Authority on the types of personal data processing operations requiring or not requiring an assessment of the effects of the processing for their protection

1. CEO:

1) shall announce in a communication the list of types of personal data processing operations that require an assessment of the effects of processing on the protection of personal data, as referred to in Article 35 (4) of Regulation 2016/679;

2) may announce in a communication a list of types of personal data processing operations that do not require an assessment of the effects of the processing on the protection of personal data, as referred to in Article 35 (5) of Regulation 2016/679.

2. The announcements referred to in paragraph 1 shall be published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Poland "Monitor Polski".
