Speeches by the President of the Office to other entities

1. The President of the Office may address state bodies, local government bodies, state and municipal organizational units, non-public entities carrying out public tasks, natural and legal persons, organizational units that are not legal persons, and other entities with the aim of ensuring effective protection of personal data.

2. The President of the Office may also make requests to the competent authorities to take legislative initiative or to issue or amend legal acts on matters relating to the protection of personal data.

3. The entity to which the speech or request referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 has been addressed is obliged to respond to the speech or request in writing within 30 days from the date of its receipt.
