Obligation to maintain confidentiality

1. The President of the Office, the Deputy Presidents of the Office, as well as the employees of the Office are obliged to keep confidential the information that they learned about in connection with the performance of their official duties.

2. The obligation to keep secret the information referred to in paragraph 1 continues even after the end of the term of office or employment.
