Accreditation certificate

1. The accreditation document is an accreditation certificate.

2. The accreditation certificate includes, at a minimum:

1) the designation of the accredited entity and the address of its headquarters;

2) the number or designation of the accreditation certificate;

3) the date of issuance and the signature of the President of the Authority or a person authorized by him.
