Rules for the development, opinion and approval of the Code of Conduct Referral; consultation
1. The Code of Conduct is developed, reviewed and approved under the terms of Regulation 2016/679.
2. The Code of Conduct is subject to consultation with stakeholders before being submitted to the President for approval.
3. Information on the consultations held and their outcome shall be forwarded to the President of the Authority along with the code of conduct.
4. If the President of the Authority deems the scope of consultations insufficient, he shall call on the entity to conduct renewed consultations, indicating their scope.
5. Only the applicant requesting approval of the code of conduct is a party to the procedure for approval of the code of conduct. The provision of Article 31 of the Law of June 14, 1960. - Administrative Procedure Code shall not apply.
6. Paragraphs 1-5 shall apply to the amendment of the approved code of conduct or its expansion.
