Data of the certified entity transmitted to the President of the Authority

1. The certification body shall provide the President of the Office with the data of the entity to which certification has been granted and the entity whose certification has been revoked, together with an indication of the reason for its revocation.

2. The President of the Office shall maintain a publicly accessible list of the entities referred to in paragraph 1.

3. The President of the Authority shall make an entry in the list immediately after certification or receipt of information about certification by the certifier.

4. The President of the Office shall make the list available on its subject page in the Public Information Bulletin and update it.
