Article 2 PDPA
Restrictions on the application of the rules to press-related activities, literary, artistic activities and academic statements
1. The activity of editing, preparing, creating or publishing press materials within the meaning of the Act of January 26, 1984. - Press Law (Journal of Laws, item 24, as amended), as well as expressions within the framework of literary or artistic activity, the provisions of Articles 5-9, Article 11, Article 13-16, Article 18-22, Article 27, Article 28 (2-10), and Article 30 of Regulation 2016/679 shall not apply.
2. The provisions of Article 13, Article 15 (3) and (4), Article 18, Article 27, Article 28 (2) to (10), and Article 30 of Regulation 2016/679 shall not apply to academic speech.
