Article 171 PDPA
Cases not completed before the date of entry into force of the Act
1. In judicial, judicial-administrative or administrative cases initiated and not concluded before the date of entry into force of this Law, in which the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection was a party or participant, the President of the Office shall become a party or participant as of the date of entry into force of this Law.

In judicial, judicial-administrative or administrative cases initiated and not concluded before the date of entry into force of this Law, in which the Office of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection was a party or participant, the Office shall become a party or participant as of the date of entry into force of this Law.
