Article 160 PDPA
Proceedings conducted by GIODO not completed before the date of entry into force of the Act
1. Proceedings conducted by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, initiated and not concluded before the date of entry into force of this Law, shall be conducted by the President of the Office.
2. The proceedings referred to in paragraph 1 shall be conducted on the basis of the law repealed in Article 175, in accordance with the rules set forth in the Law of June 14, 1960. - Code of Administrative Procedure (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1257, and of 2018, item 149 and 650).
3. Actions performed in the proceedings referred to in paragraph 1 shall remain effective.
4. Proceedings conducted under Chapter 6 of the Law repealed in Article 175 shall be discontinued. A decision on discontinuance of proceedings shall not be issued.
