Article 157 PDPA
In the Act of 27 October 2017 on basic healthcare (OJ L 2217) Article 10 (5) is replaced by the following:
5. The completed declarations of selection referred to in paragraph 1 (1) shall be stored by the provider at his place of residence or at the place where the basic healthcare benefits are granted, ensuring that they are available to the recipients who made them, subject to the requirements of the legislation on the protection of personal data.
