Article 27 (9) of the Act of 15 July 2011 on the professions of nurses and midwives (OJ 2018 L 123, p. 650), is replaced by the following:

9. Procedure in matters referred to in paragraph 16 shall be confidential and shall be conducted in compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data.
