Article 115 PDPA

The Act of 23 December 1994 on the Supreme Court of Auditors (OJ 2017 p. 524) is amended as follows:

1) the words "Inspector General for Personal Data Protection" used in Article 4, paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be replaced by "President of the Office for Personal Data Protection";

2) in Article 29, in paragraph 1, item 2, point i shall read as follows:

i) the processing of personal data, with the exception of data revealing political, religious or world-view views, as well as genetic data, on clothing, sexuality or sexual orientation.
