Article 113 PDPA

In the Law of 16 September 1982 on civil servants (OJ 2017 L 2142 and 2203 and 2018 L 106 and 650), as used in Article 1 (1) (13) and Article 36 (5) (1) and Article 48 (2), the words 'Office of the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data' are replaced, where appropriate, by 'Office for the Protection of Personal Data'.
