Article 110 PDPA

The Act of 17 June 1966 on administrative enforcement (OJ 2017 L 1201, 1475, 1954 and 2491 and 2018 L 138 and 398) is amended as follows:

1) The words "General Inspector for Personal Data Protection" used in Article 2, paragraph 1, item 12 and in Article 20, paragraph 2 in different case shall be replaced by the words "President of the Office for Personal Data Protection" used in the appropriate case;

2) in Article 18i, § 12 shall be replaced by the following: "§ 12. Objection proceedings shall not exclude liability for violation of obligations under data protection laws.".
