Disruption of controls on compliance with data protection rules
1. Whoever thwarts or obstructs the controller's control of compliance with data protection regulations shall be subject to a fine, restriction of freedom or imprisonment for up to two years.
2. The same penalty shall be imposed on anyone who, in connection with pending proceedings for the imposition of an administrative monetary penalty, fails to provide the data necessary to determine the basis for the assessment of the administrative monetary penalty or provides data that make it impossible to determine the basis for the assessment of the administrative monetary penalty.
