Application of the provisions of the CCP

The provisions of the Act of 17 November 1964 Code of Civil Procedure shall apply to proceedings in respect of a claim for infringement of the provisions on the protection of personal data referred to in Articles 79 and 82 of Regulation 2016/679, to the extent not regulated by this Act.
