1. The delegation of powers to the Commission to adopt delegated acts is subject to the conditions set forth in this Article.
2. The power to adopt delegated acts referred to in Article 12(8) and Article 43(8) is conferred on the Commission for an indeterminate period of time with effect from May 24, 2016.
3. The delegation of power referred to in Article 12(8) and Article 43(8) may be revoked at any time by the European Parliament or by the Council. A decision to revoke shall put an end to the delegation of the power specified in that decision. The decision to revoke shall take effect on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union or on a later date specified in that decision. It shall not affect the validity of any delegated acts already in force.
4. As soon as a delegated act is adopted, the Commission shall simultaneously transmit it to the European Parliament and the Council.
5. A delegated act adopted pursuant to Article 12(8) and Article 43(8) shall enter into force only if neither the European Parliament nor the Council has objected within three months of that act being forwarded to the European Parliament and the Council, or if, before the expiry of that period, both the European Parliament and the Council have informed the Commission that they will not object. That period shall be extended by three months at the initiative of the European Parliament or the Council.
