Personal data contained in official documents held by a public or private body or body for the purpose of carrying out a task in the public interest may be disclosed by that body or body in accordance with Union law or the law of the Member State to which that body or body is subject in order to facilitate public access to official documents with a right to personal data protection under this Regulation.
