(125) The lead supervisory authority should be competent to take binding decisions on the measures implementing the powers conferred on it under this Regulation. The supervisory authority acting as the lead authority should closely involve and coordinate with the supervisory authorities concerned in the decision-making process. If a decision is to reject the complaint of the data subject in whole or in part, it should be taken by the supervisory authority to which the complaint has been lodged.
