How can I be sure that the employee has acquired the necessary knowledge?

At the end of the course, each employee passes a compulsory test, and those who fail the test must pass the course again in order to consolidate their knowledge and resume the test.

What do e-learning courses offer?

What happens if someone doesn't pass the final exam?

If an employee fails the test, it means that he or she has not been very attentive to the training. He or she will have to go through the whole e-learning again.

What does it mean that e-learning training can also be provided in the form of a SCORM package?

SCORM, or the Sharable Content Object Reference Model, is a set of technical standards for e-learning. It is a widely accepted standard in the education and training industry that enables the creation, distribution and management of online courses between different learning management systems (LMS).
